We believe in local sourcing wherever possible and purchasing fresh, wholesome ingredients from nearby farms and other suppliers for our rotating seasonal menus. We prepare our food in small batches so you’re guaranteed to taste the difference. And yes, we love cheese, but we don’t stop there.
